Tasting Menu in Agra
Tajnuma serves two fixed-price vegetarian tasting menus, both by Chef Mukesh: a Mughlai tasting menu at ₹2,199 and an Indian street food tasting menu at ₹1,699. Each is served course by course in our dining room on Fatehabad Road, Agra.
The Mughlai Tasting Menu — ₹2,199
A full Mughlai degustation, served course by course. It opens with an amuse bouche and closes with two desserts, moving through kebabs, koftas, dal, biryani and breads on the way.

The Indian Street Food Tasting Menu — ₹1,699
A menu inspired by the streets of India across different regions - street food in a fine-dining concept. Dishes are drawn from Delhi, Banaras, Sindh, Mumbai and Agra itself, and plated to the same standard as the rest of the menu.
